Prices:

• All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars (NZ$), and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%

Price Changes:

• We reserve the right to increase fees or to introduce new prices for our products and services at any time without prior warning.

Payment Policy:

• Cash, Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard and bank transfers are all accepted as forms of payment.

• Our Terms are payment in full on the 20^th of the month following unless otherwise stated.

• Monies that remain outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at a rate of 2.5% on the amount owing.

• We reserve the right to seek recovery of any outstanding monies remaining unpaid 60 days from the date of invoice via a collection agency or the small claims court. In such circumstances you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and court costs.

• All goods remain the property of Fitzroy Caravans 2009 Ltd until paid for in full.

Returns Policy:

• Specially ordered stock items are non refundable

• All faulty items will be repaired or replaced under the Consumer Guarantees Act
